We start with a consultation so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, training history, current routine and what has held you back before. From there, I can recommend the best plan for you.

IN-PERSON PT SESSIONS
You will train with me face to face at The Gym Group Wembley Park. Each session is planned around your goal, whether that is fat loss, strength, muscle tone, fitness or confidence.
