By using this website, booking a service, purchasing a plan, joining a session or working with Lean Lioness Ltd, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. About Lean Lioness
Lean Lioness provides fitness coaching services, including personal training, online coaching, run club sessions, training programmes, nutrition guidance, accountability support and related fitness services.
The services are designed to support women with fat loss, strength, confidence, fitness, routine, consistency and healthier lifestyle habits.
2. Health, Fitness and Medical Responsibility
Before starting any Lean Lioness service, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in exercise.
You are responsible for telling Lean Lioness about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, pain, illness or other health concerns that may affect your ability to train safely.
Lean Lioness may ask you to complete a health questionnaire before starting. If there are any concerns, you may be advised to speak to your GP, physiotherapist or another qualified medical professional before training.
Lean Lioness does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency healthcare. Any training, nutrition or lifestyle guidance is for general fitness and wellbeing purposes only.
3. Personal Training Sessions
Personal training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
You are expected to arrive on time and ready to train. If you are late, the session may still finish at the original scheduled end time.
Lean Lioness reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if it believes continuing would be unsafe, inappropriate or unsuitable due to injury, illness, behaviour or any other valid reason.
4. Online Coaching
Online coaching may include workout plans, check-ins, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, app-based support, WhatsApp support and other agreed coaching features.
Results depend on your effort, honesty, consistency, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, training adherence and individual circumstances.
Lean Lioness cannot guarantee specific results, weight loss, body composition changes, strength gains or appearance changes.
5. Run Club Sessions
Run club sessions are group-based fitness activities. By attending, you accept that running and outdoor training carry natural risks, including slips, falls, fatigue, weather exposure and injury.
You must follow the instructions given by the coach and train at a pace that is suitable for your current fitness level.
Lean Lioness may cancel, move or amend run club sessions due to weather, safety concerns, low attendance, venue issues or other circumstances outside its control.
6. Payments
All prices will be confirmed before you purchase or book a service.
Payment must be made by the agreed due date. Services may be paused, cancelled or refused if payment is late or incomplete.
Lean Lioness reserves the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect services already paid for unless agreed otherwise.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For one-to-one personal training sessions, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the session may be charged in full and may not be rearranged.
For group sessions, run club bookings, workshops or events, cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific service.
If Lean Lioness needs to cancel or rearrange a session, you will be offered a replacement session or suitable alternative.
UK consumer rules generally give customers a 14-day cooling-off period for services bought online, over the phone or away from business premises. However, if you ask for the service to begin during that period, you may still need to pay for the part of the service already provided.
8. Refunds
Refunds are considered fairly and reasonably, depending on the service purchased, the notice given and whether any part of the service has already been delivered.
Where a service has already started, Lean Lioness may deduct a reasonable amount for sessions, coaching, planning, admin, app setup, support or work already provided.
Deposits, missed sessions, late cancellations and used coaching periods may be non-refundable.
UK guidance states that businesses can usually only keep amounts that reflect actual losses or costs caused by a customer cancelling.
9. Memberships, Packages and Subscriptions
Some services may be sold as packages, monthly coaching plans or recurring memberships.
You are responsible for understanding the minimum term, payment schedule and cancellation rules before purchasing.
If your plan renews automatically, the renewal terms will be made clear before purchase. Consumer protection rules around online contracts and cancellation rights must be followed when selling services online.
10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Attend sessions on time.
Follow instructions safely.
Provide honest health, lifestyle and progress information.
Respect other clients, coaches and members of the public.
Train within your own ability.
Inform Lean Lioness immediately if you feel unwell, injured or unable to continue.
Lean Lioness is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by your failure to follow instructions, disclose relevant health information or act safely.
11. Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition support provided by Lean Lioness is for general fitness, education and lifestyle guidance.
It is not medical nutrition therapy and should not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or qualified medical professional.
If you have a medical condition, eating disorder history, pregnancy-related needs, allergies or specialist dietary requirements, you should seek appropriate professional advice before making major changes.
12. Photos, Videos and Testimonials
Lean Lioness may ask to take photos, videos, progress images or testimonials for coaching, progress tracking or marketing purposes.
Your consent will be requested before any identifiable image, video or testimonial is used publicly.
You may withdraw consent for future use by contacting Lean Lioness, although content already published may take time to remove from platforms outside Lean Lioness’ direct control.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, coaching materials, workout plans, guides, text, images, branding, videos and downloadable resources belong to Lean Lioness Ltd unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, share, sell, reproduce, distribute or use Lean Lioness materials for your own business or commercial purposes without written permission.
Training plans and coaching materials are provided for your personal use only.
14. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to damage it, copy its content, upload harmful material or use it in any unlawful way.
Lean Lioness aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fully up to date.
15. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Lean Lioness may use third-party tools such as coaching apps, payment providers, booking systems, email platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram or other software to deliver services.
These third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. Lean Lioness is not responsible for the operation, security or availability of third-party platforms.
16. Liability
Lean Lioness will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Lean Lioness is not liable for:
Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
Injuries caused by ignoring instructions.
Failure to achieve specific fitness or body goals.
Losses caused by third-party platforms.
Indirect, business or financial losses.
17. Changes to Services or Terms
Lean Lioness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
18. Complaints and Contact

19. Governing Law
